Privacy notice

Who we are

This website is operated for Enlighten Performance Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. Contact us at info@enlightenxco.com or Office no 130, Chaudry Center Main Multan Road, Lahore.

Information you provide

When you submit an enquiry, the form requests your name, email address, organisation, area of interest and message. It also records your consent and the submission time. Please do not include sensitive personal or assessment information in a general website enquiry.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond to you and discuss relevant services. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries are stored in a private WordPress inbox accessible to authorised website administrators. A notification may also be sent to the configured company recipient. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services. We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting relationship or applicable record-keeping obligation.

Technical information and cookies

The hosting service may process access logs and technical information needed for security and website operation. The enquiry form uses a short-lived, protected representation of a network address to limit repeated submissions. WordPress uses cookies for administrator login and related website functions. The theme does not add advertising trackers or an analytics service.

Your requests

To ask about information you submitted, request a correction or request deletion, email info@enlightenxco.com. We may need to verify that the request relates to your information.

Programme and assessment information

Any information collected during a separate training, coaching or assessment engagement is addressed in that engagement’s arrangements. This website notice describes general website enquiries.
