Workplace Simulation Lab includes a scenario briefing, role allocation, simulation, observer checklist, debrief, feedback, a second attempt and a transfer task. Scenarios can include manager check-ins, deadlines, team disagreements and customer complaints.

Career Launch Accelerator covers CV and LinkedIn, job-search strategy, interview practice, assessment-centre practice and career action planning. The First 90 Days supports expectations, trust, tasks, communication, feedback and stakeholder relationships.
