Separating facts from assumptions, regulating emotions, listening and questioning are part of its possible journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Practise before the stakes are real<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Assertive language, feedback, disagreement and boundaries are explored through role-play rounds. Observation rubrics and feedback make practice more specific to the conversation being developed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Connect the lab to the workplace<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>An action plan supports transfer from the exercise to a real situation.
